North Shore Golf Club would like welcome back Erik Sorensen as our Director of Instruction for the winter of 2009-2010. Erik will begin at North Shore November 1st and will be here until April 1st. Erik is currently the Director of Instruction at Myopia Hunt Club in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. He has spent the last nine summers at Myopia Hunt Club and will return there next summer.
Erik’s experience includes seven winters of teaching at Isleworth Country Club in Windermere and more recently two winters at Mountain Lake Golf Club in Lake Wales. He has also worked at Augusta National for the Masters for the last 11 years.
In 2007, Erik was named a Top 50 teacher by US Kids. He comes to North Shore with new ideas and programs including clinics, golf schools, private and group lessons for men, ladies, and juniors.
Ladies Golf
Every Wednesday at 10am-11am there is a ladies clinic and Thursdays at 4pm there will be ladies on course playing lesson.
Junior Golf
Every Wednesday at 4pm-5pm Erik will be hosting a junior clinic. He will also be teaching a few junior golf schools this winter. Erik is available for private and group lessons he also has lesson packages available.
